This page has the two policies that govern your use of our Service: our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we handle it, and our Terms of Use, which set out the rules for using the Service and the model it provides access to.
TL;DR if you're lazy: We collect very little, don't build profiles on you, and expect you to use the Service lawfully and responsibly, understanding that outputs from the model may be inaccurate or contain objectionable content.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website and language model services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your information as described herein.
Our Service is designed to minimize the collection of personal information. Most interactions are processed only for the purpose of generating responses.
Information you may provide includes:
We may also automatically collect limited technical information, including:
Information processed through the Service is used solely for legitimate operational purposes, including generating responses, maintaining service availability, preventing abuse, enforcing rate limits, diagnosing technical issues, and improving overall reliability and performance.
We do not associate submitted conversations to individual users profiles.
This Service operates primarily as an ephemeral, session-based application. Requests are transmitted via stateless HTTP requests to our inference endpoint (koishi.kvantum.space) solely to generate responses.
Conversation history is not permanently retained on our application servers after processing. Limited server logs may be temporarily maintained for operational monitoring, security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability. These logs are periodically rotated and removed when they are no longer operationally necessary.
IP addresses may be temporarily stored for rate limiting and abuse detection.
We do not require users to create accounts, nor do we associate conversations with persistent user identities. We do not build behavioral profiles, track users across unrelated websites, or sell personal information to third parties.
To operate and secure the Service, we rely on selected third-party providers.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the Service against spam, bots, and automated abuse. Turnstile may collect browser characteristics, device signals, network information, security telemetry, and other technical parameters necessary to distinguish legitimate users from automated traffic.
For more information about Cloudflare's handling of this data, please refer to the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful legal requests, protect the security or integrity of the Service, investigate abuse or fraud, or work with infrastructure providers who process data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Depending on the infrastructure used to operate the Service, information may be processed or transmitted through servers located in multiple jurisdictions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed outside your country of residence where applicable.
This Service is not directed toward children under the minimum age required by applicable law to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been submitted, we will take reasonable steps to remove it where appropriate.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or other rights provided under applicable privacy laws.
Because the Service generally does not maintain persistent accounts or long-term conversation histories, our ability to retrieve or identify specific request data may be limited.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
This Service provides access to a Qwen 2.5 language model that has been fine-tuned on historical text datasets collected from publicly accessible internet message boards, including content originating from 4chan's /pol/. Additional models may be released and made available in the future.
The Service is intended solely for research, historical analysis, experimentation, and entertainment purposes. It is not intended to provide factual, professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
Due to the nature of the training material, the model may generate responses containing offensive, explicit, disturbing, politically charged, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable language.
Such outputs are generated algorithmically based on statistical patterns learned during training and do not represent the views, opinions, beliefs, or endorsements of the developers, contributors, hosting providers, or any affiliated parties.
The purpose of making this model available is to facilitate research into language models and historical internet discourse, not to promote or endorse any ideology, viewpoint, or form of harmful expression.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You remain solely responsible for your prompts, your interactions with the Service, and any use of generated outputs.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Responses generated by the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or entirely fictional. The model may confidently present incorrect information or fabricate facts, citations, events, or sources.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying upon it. Generated outputs should not be treated as authoritative or as a substitute for independent research or professional advice.
The software, website, branding, and other original materials associated with the Service remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use or redistribution of generated content complies with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, response quality, or continued access to any particular model or endpoint.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We make no representations that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers, contributors, and operators of the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any generated output.
Your use of the Service and reliance upon any generated content is entirely at your own risk.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
